Approximately 30% of my practice involves Personal Injury. I have handled numerous Personal Injury cases. After 30 years of practice it's hard to keep count. I have pending in this firm approximately 30 Open files awaiting trial dates or other dispositions.
As additional experience, I have handled cases on the appellate level, one of which the defense conceded after the filing of the brief. Also, I have attended at least two CTLA and other related Personal Injury seminars per year. I was appointed by Wiley Aitken as General Liaison Officer for CTLA during the Mal-Practice crisis. I have been on both the Kern County Bar Association speaker panel and the CTLA speaker panel and I was a Tort Professor at the Bakersfield College of Law during 1977 and 1978 and I was also on the Board of Directors Kern County Bar Association.
I have served as an Arbitrator for Personal Injury Cases, both plaintiff and defense.
