THE APPELLATE COURT SAID:
The Appellate Court stated that:the trial court's decision includes a fundamental error. The trial court apparently adopted Charles' position that his obligation to support his children terminated when they attained the age of 18 years. We disagree...The California Appellate Court overturned the lower court's ruling and published their opinion in March and April 2000 as In re Marriage of Cutler 79 Cal.App.4th 460.
There is nothing "unfair" about requiring a parent to fulfill his moral and legal responsibilities.
